Â鶹ÊÓƵWCL Hosts Diversity Networking Reception for Incoming Students
On Thursday, June 28, Â鶹ÊÓƵ Washington College of Law (Â鶹ÊÓƵWCL) hosted a welcome reception for the incoming Fall 2018 JD class at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. The reception was an opportunity for incoming students to meet members of Â鶹ÊÓƵWCL’s diversity community (faculty, staff, alumni, and student leaders).
The event, attended by more than 60 new students, guests, alumni, and Â鶹ÊÓƵWCL faculty and staff, featured remarks from Dean Camille Nelson and Kendra Brown, senior director for diversity, inclusion and affinity.  The event also introduced new students to the diversity student organization leaders and other student ambassadors.
