Dear Â鶹ÊÓƵ Community, 

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of Frankie Fonville, a valued member of our Â鶹ÊÓƵ Kitchen in the Terrace Dining Room. Frankie’s impact reached far beyond our dining program, touching the lives of many across our campus community. The memories and condolences shared by our community over the past two weeks speak to the meaningful connections he built at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. 

Frankie dedicated 14 years of service to the university’s dining program. His warmth, friendship, and camaraderie will be profoundly missed by many of our community members. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and all in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ community who were fortunate to know him. 

A service to celebrate Frankie’s life will be held on Friday, April 25, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Horton’s Funeral Home, 600 Kennedy Street NW.
